Kush Educational Services ("Kush Consultancy", "we", "us", "our") is an education consultancy based in the United Arab Emirates. We provide advisory and support services to students seeking to study at universities abroad, including but not limited to university selection, application assistance, visa guidance, scholarship identification, accommodation support, and test preparation.

Our services are advisory in nature. We act as intermediaries and advisors — we do not make admission decisions, issue visas, or guarantee any specific outcome. All final decisions rest with the relevant universities, visa authorities, and other third-party institutions.

02No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

Kush Consultancy does not guarantee university admission, visa approval, scholarship awards, or any other outcome. University admission decisions are made solely by the respective institutions based on their own criteria, capacity, and policies.

Visa decisions are made by the relevant government authorities of the destination country and are entirely outside our control. We provide guidance and documentation support only.

03Client Responsibilities

As a client of Kush Consultancy, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information: All academic records, personal details, and supporting documents you provide must be truthful, complete, and authentic. Submitting false or misleading information is a serious violation of university and visa regulations.
• Meeting deadlines: You are responsible for providing required documents and information within the timelines agreed with your consultant. Delays may affect application outcomes.
• Independent review: You should review all documents and applications before submission. Final responsibility for submitted materials lies with you.
• Financial preparation: You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds for tuition fees, living costs, and other expenses associated with studying abroad.
• Communication: You agree to respond to communications from our team in a timely manner and to inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances.

04Fees & Payments

Our fee structure is outlined in the service agreement provided to each client before services commence. Fees vary depending on the level of service and destination country.

• Initial consultation: Our first consultation is free of charge and carries no obligation.
• Service fees: Fees for full application support, visa guidance, and other services will be communicated clearly before any commitment is made.
• Refund policy: Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if services have not yet commenced.
• Third-party costs: Application fees, visa fees, courier charges, and other third-party costs are the client's responsibility and are not included in our service fees.

05Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Personal documents, academic records, financial information, and communications shared with us are used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

We will not share your personal information with third parties except where required to process your application (e.g. submitting documents to a university on your behalf) or where required by law.

06Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kush Educational Services collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our website or services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with care and transparency.

• University rejection of an application
• Visa refusal by any government authority

• Delays caused by the client providing incomplete or late documents
• Any loss, damage, or expense arising from reliance on information provided in good faith that subsequently proves to be inaccurate

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
